Voluntary insurance enrollments are available to employees during Open Enrollment or as a new hire. The only other time that insurance can be changed is with a Qualified Life Event. Enrollments can be completed with the assistance on an onsite agent or through your Employee Navigator enrollment system.
If you are logging into Employee Navigator for the first time you will need to enter your company identifier when prompted.

Leaders Life - Term to 100 Life Insurance
Leaders Life can be added or changed anytime of the year. As a new hire, it is important to review this Life Insurance option, because you will have limited health underwriting.
New Hires can purchase the following Contingent Guaranteed Issue amounts:
Employee $100,000
Spouse $50,000
Child $50,000
Grandchild $50,000
(only answer the CGI questions on the first page of the application)
Existing employees must apply for coverage by answering all health questions during the application process.

Aflac provides benefits for both total and partial disability. Even if you're able to work, partial disability benefits may be available to help compensate for lost income.
Aflac does not coordinate benefits. Regardless of any other disability insurance you may have, including Social Security, we will pay you directly.

Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
Every employee is eligible to set up an FSA account through SFS.
Plan Start: Sept 1st
After the plan year starts, you cannot change deductions without a Qualified Life Event.
Maximum Contribution: $3200 per family (2024)
Maximum Contribution: $3300 per family (2025)
Rollover Maximum: $640 (2024)
Rollover Maximum: $660 (2025)
Free FSA Debit card will be sent after your initial enrollment. You will use the same card each year, until the expiration date. At that time, a new card will be issued automatically. (New cards/additional cards can be requested through the Health Equity website.)

Maximum Contribuition: $5000
Benefits are reimbursed after costs are incurred.

REQUIRES A QUALIFIED HEALTH PLAN
You can opt in or out of this plan throughout the year.
Maximum Contribution Annually: $4,150 ind/$8,300 family (2024)
Maximum Contribution Annually: $4,300 ind/$8,550 family (2025)
Age 55+ can add another $1,000 (catchup contribution) to your maximum.
These Funds Rollover and are held in a Savings Account that you control.
