Leaders Life - Term to 100 Life Insurance
Leaders Life can be added or changed anytime of the year. As a new hire, it is important to review this Life Insurance option, because you will have limited health underwriting.
New Hires can purchase the following Contingent Guaranteed Issue amounts:
Employee $100,000
Spouse $50,000
Child $50,000
Grandchild $50,000
(only answer the CGI questions on the first page of the application)
Existing employees must apply for coverage by answering all health questions during the application process.
